Teto provides software for roofing companies to build and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and related documents (“the Service”). The Service is provided to businesses; by creating an organization you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.
Access is through user accounts belonging to a company organization. You are responsible for the activity of accounts in your organization and for keeping credentials secure. Company administrators control their organization's members, profile, pricing, and contract content.
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription per company, billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your company owns the data it enters into the Service — company profiles, pricing, customer and project information, and documents. You grant Teto the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the right to enter the customer information you store.
The Service can capture electronic signatures on documents your company provides. Your company is solely responsible for the content and enforceability of its contracts. Teto records the signer's name, signature image, and timestamp but is not a party to, and provides no legal advice concerning, any agreement between you and your customers.
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach or overload the systems, no reselling the Service, and no misrepresenting who you are to homeowners.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or modify features over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teto's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Teto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the outcomes of sales, contracts, or insurance claims conducted using the Service.
You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may request an export of your company's data within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
